  • All guests and visitors are required to adhere to the rules and regulations set forth by the Facility and its galleries.
  • For any requirements not specified in the above list, please submit an inquiry, and we will promptly provide a quotation.
  • Orders must be placed at least 72 hours in advance. Orders made within 72 hours are subject to supplier confirmation.
  • The customised giveaways provided will be based on the information shared by the party host at the time of booking. Changes in the names must be communicated at least 72 hours in advance.
  • Any changes or cancellation on orders must be made at least 72 hours in advance.
  • Giveaways will be placed solely in the designated party room 20 minutes prior to the cake cutting time. Should the party host bring any giveaway items, they are responsible for arranging them within the allocated time before cake cutting. Staff assistance is not guaranteed and is subject to availability.
  • Storage is not offered for giveaway items before or after the event. The party host must take responsibility for removing any unclaimed giveaways after the event.
